For the Narrow Gauge Gala in March, it was decided that a narrow gauged goods set would be put together. This consisted of the two ballast wagons, tippers, flat wagon and box van. Over the winter Tom Cowlin painted up the old ballast wagon to match his newly built one. The wagon was also routed to give it a planked look. The two wagons now go a lot better together and look uniformed. The goods set has been a success and has been used on a number of occasions after the gala.
